Must be a full-time undergraduate student at the University of Iowa 

Must minimum 2.70 GPA on a 4.0 scale 

Must not be a member of any competing business fraternity or organization 

Must have at least three semesters remaining in their undergraduate program 

Must be able to attend all required New Member recruitment meetings (please contact us if you cannot)
